Okay, I HAD to do this in honor of Half Blood Prince(Which was both the most amazing and the most AMUSING of the harry potter movies to date).

A char I had in mind from a long while ago, Great nephew of Professor Flitwick, Freyus still has the size problem his great uncle is famous for, though to a lesser extent. Alas, he has none of his uncles skill in charms, though he's almost prodigical in transfiguration.

He was sorted into hufflepuff, and is shy and unassuming most of the time. However, he becomes a token Badger when his friends are involved, becoming a determined, even vicious defender. He's in Luna Lovegood's year, and did on occasion help her in transfiguration(Something she didn't quite comprehend, with its straightforward logic) in return for charms tutoring.

He completed his animagus transformation at the end of fourth year and his form is ironically a Platypus, something that he can't explain.
